A variable free throw shooting drill based on Shoenfelt et al. (2002). Six spots are: 2 steps inside free-throw line; 1 step inside free throw line; free throw line; 1 step behind free-throw line; 1-step right of center; and 1 step left of center. Goal is to make 18 free throws in a row. The easy way is to make 3 in a row from each spot (video above); more challenging is to change spots on each make and rotate through all 6 spots 3 times, going in a different order each time.
